HUD has approved the use of two new certification income exclusion types. These income exclusions are "Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) (Section 2104)" and "Advance Payment of Child Tax Credit (Section 7527A)" and have been added to the system. Case: TM-6096 (IR-112572)
On Tax Credit certifications, if a certification was re-opened or the amounts for any of the following were modified, the gross rent amount was incorrect: Tenant Rent Paid, Utility Allowance, or Other Non-Optional Charges. Case: TM-6372 (IR-113225)
A Phone Number Listing report has been created that contains all phone numbers for all household members. This report can be used for CallMax reporting. Case: TM-4568 (IR-109843)
